Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order outfits may require additional processing time.
  • Customers will be informed of the estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India and selected international destinations.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and festive seasons.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Open Delivery Verification

To ensure complete customer satisfaction:

  1. The delivery executive will open the package in your presence.
  2. Please inspect the outfit carefully for stitching, size, fabric, embellishments, finishing, color, fit, and packaging.
  3. Share the OTP with the delivery partner only after you are satisfied with the product received.
