7. Open Delivery & OTP Verification

To ensure customer satisfaction and transparency:

  1. The delivery executive may open the package in the customer's presence.
  2. Customers are requested to inspect the garment carefully before accepting delivery.
  3. OTP should be shared only after satisfactory inspection.
  4. Once OTP is shared and delivery is accepted, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Products accepted after OTP confirmation are not eligible for return.
  • Customized, altered, stitched-to-measure, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
